1. Select turbo setting on your air exchange wall control panel located next to your thermostat in your hallway.
2. Check filters on your air exchange system located in your utility room.
3. Clean filters on your air exchange system with low pressure, room temperature water.

The flapper on the microwave hood is what seals the exhaust duct when the fan is off and opens when the fan is on, allowing air to vent outside; however, strong winds can create a difference in air pressure, causing the flapper to open or close involuntarily due to the external force of the wind. This can cause noise and light dripping coming from the vent.
